Do you know what to do in an emergency?
Being able to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and basic first-aid support can save lives.
First aid courses will provide you with hands on training to help you be confident and knowledgeable in an emergency.

The courses are taught by professionals, supported by state of the art first aid equipment, CPR kits, first aid bandages and anaphylaxis training equipment.
We cater for groups up to 12 and can come to your facilities if needed.
